Two-dimensional image sensor for near infrared region
These are two-dimensional image sensors that have high sensitivity in the
near infrared region. In addition to the previous 64 x 64 ch and 128 x 128 ch
small package types, 192 x 96 ch type suitable for hyperspectral imaging,
320 x 256 ch type for general-purpose applications, and 640 x 512 ch type
for high resolution imaging have been added to the lineup.
