- Telephone number
- The controller collects, processes, uses and stores the personal data required to carry out the competition only for the duration/ term of the competition. Personal data will not be used for other purposes by the organizer or third parties without the express consent of the participant. The data mentioned under 2. will only be processed for the following purposes:
- to identify you as a contractual partner if and when you win a price/ reward
- to pay out the reward to you, if applicable. The stored information will not be used for any other purpose.
- All personal data of the participants will be processed and used by the organizer in accordance with the statutory provisions. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the context of the competition is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR for the fulfillment of the negotiation for a reward-competition contract.
- The personal data will be deleted 14 days after it has been determined whether there has been a successful prize win or a successful conclusion of a contract to receive the prize.
